Yellow Insurance Card / Membership Card

This policy covers Public Liability risk. It DOES NOT cover the use of tractors or self propelled machinery which would be expected to have Road Traffic Act Insurance, whether used on the highway or at any event where the general public are admitted.

Insurance cover on the yellow card assumes that ALL events must follow the NVTEC code of practice for safe and successful conduct of said events no matter who is organising them, If any member has concerns that the code is not being observed they should stop their exhibit until the situation is rectified.
